People who think they know it all are pretty amusing (click for large size).

In fairness to that guy. Swine Flue hasn't had any where near the impact people were predicting. I know people that have had it and it was no big deal. Infact I suspect I had it as I got a rather bad flu some weeks back within a day of arriving from the UK.

Avian Flu is far more dangerous than Swine Flue and mercifully its impact was fairly limited. Like Avian Flu, the media had nothing better to do than hype it up.

May be the guy was right because they over-hyped Swine Flu. CDC was only able to detect up to 100 cases per day so there should not have been so many cases of Swine flu.

WHO stopped tracking deaths so it's easy for them to say WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REPOTING CORRECT STATS of people who died of H1N1.

On the flip, Yahoo is one of the best places to get health mis-information. Same with Mahalo. If possible, at all times ask for scientific independantly peer-reviewed evidence for statements made.
